Zinnia Rivera is one of Acumen Strategy Consultants' senior consultants.? Zinnia is a Client Director who represents Acumen to clients and in return represents the interests of clients to Acumen. As a senior consultant, she is able to work with a wide variety of clients, each with its own unique challenges and opportunities. This allows her to continue learning and expanding her skillset, while also having the freedom to structure her work around her life, instead of the other way around. As a result, she is able to provide value to her clients, while also maintaining a healthy work-life balance.?

In her 14 years as a company and business unit head, she experienced the whole gamut of challenges typical in general management like developing strategies to grow the business, building the organizational capabilities needed to support the strategies, and ensuring people's readiness and engagement. After many years of holding full-time corporate positions, she started looking for a role that would give her more control over her time, while still giving her the opportunity to make use of her experience to help companies grow and the opportunity to further expand her learning as a professional. She found consulting to be the perfect solution and has never looked back.?
