Will there be an atmosphere with a collective focus on how we move and interact - here in our home town - here and now?
We are trying to control events, life, relationships. To anticipate challenges, to prevent public humiliation :). And always again we are reminded that in art - and in life - the really surprising and beautiful things happen when we allow them to happen. Careful preparation, an almost burning desire, an anticipation of the flavour one is after is needed - though the rest is out of our hands.
The Variables are endless.
The really essential quality has to unfold on its own.
Five years of preparations - we've reached our 3.festival - the end of a first cycle. The support, the thinking behind the scenes, the caring from the regional businesses, local authorities, artists, schools and friends is incredible.
TheaterUebung Lachen is a Workshop Festival - celebrating the explorative and enriching power of the arts. Theatre and body language workshops for youths and adults (8.June -16.June).
Final collective event - installation on the historic Rathausplatz in Lachen, on the shores of Lake Zürich, Switzerland. 16.June 2023 - 19.00 - free entrance!
