Within close reach of the historical and natural gems of the West Lake, Xixi National Wetland Park, and fronting Qinglong River, the residential masterplan still strives to provide respite and tranquillity from the urban hustle. The Towers are strategically arranged to frame open spaces, landscaped views, and a variety of generously planned recreational activities, all within the residential premises.??

At the heart of the Master plan is a sunken water court, reflecting and alluding the quiet atmosphere of the West Lake, in miniature form. Framing the large water feature are gentle slopes with slow-flowing waterfalls, emitting calming sounds to further isolate this oasis from the bustling streets bounding the site.

A series of water features have been designed to line the upper side of the swimming pool, extending from the first floor of Tower 8 to the sunken courtyard in the center of the masterplan. The carefully considered sequence of landscape spaces accommodates?the residents' homecoming circulation and usage patterns, ensuring a smooth flow of the landscape spaces and ensuring the comfort of each walking experience.

The dynamic architectural forms and articulation of the?towers aim to stand up as an urban catalyst for the rejuvenation of its immediate surroundings, yet be subtle with its simplicity and uniform tones, presenting itself with?a distinguished identity,?a direct reflection of its residents’ refined taste.??

The 11 towers, composed of a unified form, are distributed across the site and the distinct volumes are broken and offset to form the ideal proportions. The unified language of the facade instills a stylish rhythm in the entire scheme. The overall massing design is full of detail, ranging from the macro-scale contours to the micro-scale extrusion sizes, that ensures consistency of ratio for the perfect execution of the design.

The architectural design has adopted a pure white palette, with white aluminium panels and stones?forming a clean canvas to display the varying shadows throughout the day. The combination of a variety of materials adds richness to the facade of the building without losing a unified tone and look and feel. With piercingly clean lines, clear volumes, and a thoughtful mixture of materials, the design sits on a delicate balance between the soft touch of humanity and the modernistic tension.?
