VandyPASS Wins Two Awards

Philadelphia, PA—The Career Center's innovative badging program, VandyPASS, received national recognition at the Suitable.co Pathways Conference.

Allison Otto , the Assistant Director of Badging and Skills at Vanderbilt Career Center, accepted two awards at the conference. VandyPASS won the Best Marketing Strategy award, recognizing the innovative digital and in-person marketing that has promoted the program across campus. Otto also accepted the Changemaker award for her creative approach to badging and collaboration. These recognitions showcase the hard work and dedication of Otto and the entire team at the Vanderbilt Career Center.??

"It’s a testament to our team's dedication and the innovative spirit at Vanderbilt," Otto said. "We’ve worked tirelessly to ensure our students have the tools they need to succeed in their careers."?

In addition to receiving these awards, Otto was featured on a panel discussing the implementation of badging programs at different institutions, sharing valuable insights and experience. Otto highlighted the significance of VandyPASS in showcasing skills and accomplishments to potential employers.?
