VAN GO GO TAKES TO VENEZUELAN RADIO WITH ITS NEW SINGLE, "BOTH OF US".

Los Angeles, CA. - Van Go Go, the rock band from Michigan has taken over the Venezuelan Radio airwaves in heavy rotation with its new single, “Both of Us”. Venezuelan Radio Stations “En el Aire” and “Mega Hits” radio have added the song to heavy rotation and the video for the single has received over 35,000 YouTube plays in Venezuela since its February 5th release. (find "En el Aire Venezuela" and "Mega Hits Venezuela" on any radio streaming service)

Although the band separated in 2008, Van Go Go decided to reunite in October of 2020 when the band’s guitarist uploaded Van Go Go’s previously unreleased single, “Big Mistake” to all major streaming services. The song reached rapid success with over 85,000 Spotify streams in less than 2 weeks. The band sensed something special was about to happen and its members traveled back to Pearl Sound Studios to complete the vocals and mixing on Big Mistake and the 3 additional tracks they had previously recorded in 2008. The session went so well that it inspired the band to write and record new music and they returned to the studio to record 4 new songs that were completed in January. "Both of Us" is a product of the band's latest recording efforts and the band is excited to announce that it is planning the release of its full album in the spring of 2021.

Since October, Van Go Go has received over 500,000 streams worldwide and its newly formed YouTube channel is gaining traction with the release of "Both of Us". In addition to the bands heavy rotation in Venezuela, the band has also seen radio success in South America and Australia.

Van Go Go’s single “Both of Us” is a modern love song covering the debate of fate vs. hard work. While fate provides an opportunity, success is mostly based on the work and effort put into the relationship.

Van Go Go has decided to give back to its Venezuelan fans by pledging support for humanitarian efforts that support the Venezuelan people. The band will soon announce its partnership with an organization and the band has committed to donating 25% of the proceeds from the sale of its merchandise to the organization.
