Valvemax Achieves VR and T/O Certifications for Pressure Safety Valve Repair and Testing

Valvemax, a leading provider in valve support services, is thrilled to announce that Valvemax has achieved VR and T/O certifications for the repair and testing of Pressure Safety Valves. This significant milestone demonstrates Valvemax's commitment to excellence and safety in every aspect of its operations.

The achievement of these certifications follows a rigorous process, including the development of a comprehensive VR Program and the successful completion of a National Board of Boiler & Pressure Vessel Inspector shop and test lab audit. This certification encompasses testing and repair activities for Pressure Safety Valves in both onshore and offshore locations.

The VR stamp obtained by Valvemax ensures that every valve repaired or tested by the company meets the performance standards required for new valves. This stamp, placed on the repair nameplate, serves as tangible evidence of a Quality Control program that is in place, audited, accepted, and tested.

Valvemax's team of NBBI trained and certified personnel is fully equipped to handle repairs and testing whenever required, providing clients with confidence in the safety and reliability of their pressure relief valves.

The ASME Code stamped valves are engineered to meet rigorous safety standards, and it's imperative that any repair work maintains this level of safety. The ASME stamping on the original nameplate, along with the repair tag bearing the National Board "VR" stamp, instills confidence in the end-user. These certifications serve as tangible evidence that the repaired valve upholds the same high standards of safety and performance as when it was originally manufactured. With this assurance, users can trust in the reliability and integrity of their pressure relief valves, ensuring the safety of their operations and personnel.

"As the Vice President of Valvemax, I am immensely proud of our recent achievements in obtaining VR and T/O certifications. These certifications are a testament to the dedication and expertise of our team. I am honored to lead such a talented group of professionals who consistently strive for excellence in everything they do. Together, we are committed to delivering the highest quality service to our clients and upholding the highest industry standards," stated Jared Blanchard, Valvemax Vice President
