Valve replacement and inspection

Replace the air valve under the following circumstances:

1. Replace new tires: Replace new valves.

2. If the valve is found to be aged or cracked, it is recommended to replace the valve.

3. The rubber of the valve may age after long-term use, resulting in air leakage. Driving without air will cause the tire to be crushed. The valve should be checked regularly. In addition, the valve cap is used in conjunction with the valve to prevent water vapor and dust from entering the valve.

Valve inspection requirements

1. The surface of the tire valve body should be smooth and clean, without burrs, cracks, oil stains and rust; the vulcanized rubber pad should not have a rough surface.

2. The difference between the long and short axes of the ellipse at the bend of the mouth body is not greater than 1.8mm.

3. The surface of the gasket should be galvanized or otherwise plated.

4. Nuts and protective caps (type B) should be deoiled and rusted.

5. Install the standard tire valve core on the tire valve, apply the specified air pressure, and put it into the water. No air bubbles should escape within 2 minutes.

6. The wheel valve should meet the requirements of this standard. And manufactured in accordance with approved drawings and documents according to prescribed procedures.

7. Tire valves must undergo technical inspection by the manufacturer before leaving the factory. Each batch of products must meet the difficult requirements of this standard and be accompanied by a product quality certificate.
