I remember it too well, it was only a few years ago that I was renting and lamenting about if I would ever be able to buy my own home…

Afford to have a baby…

Here’s what I learnt that shifted everything:

Lack is an energy

“I can’t afford to”

“I won’t have the money”

“When can I buy...”

And what you focus on, magnifies

What you resist, persists

So using lack language and feeling the lack (endlessly wanting for things you can’t buy in this moment), only serves to reinforce the LACK

Conversely, abundance is an energy

What is abundant in your life right now?

Food, shelter, friends, family, weather, love, community, support, fun, laughter…

Something else?

I invite you to close your eyes now, think of all the blessings in your life and let the energy of delight fill every cell of your being.

Now rinse and repeat this morning and night and whenever you feel the energy of lack creeping in

With creation, we imagine, feel and experience the energy of what we want in order to create it

So this practice will not only have you feel awesome in the moment and during your days but it will also put you on track to create EXACTLY the abundance and further blessings you desire and are destined for.
