Valuing Relationships

Valuing Relationships

Often times getting into routine we unconsciously take things, people and our feelings for granted. What is even more interesting is that we do not even take a pause to reflect and keep pushing forward. It takes brave leadership to invite the team to speak from the heart.

In a recent session the peer group was encouraged to reflect over several rounds before landing into the core how they feel as a team vs. how they would WANT to feel.

Its encouraging to know while there were some similarities there was also very clear intentions being set out. The recipe of a great team is not simply consensus but uniting in purpose and driving its unique ways all aligned to collective wins.

Are you, your team, your organisation ready to explore its emotional data?

Let’s flip what the world feels. Imagine a world where millions more people can have better, more emotionally aware days – where they feel acknowledged, accepted and free to state what is happening for them in the moment and beyond. If such a vision excites you, join us on our?mission?to bring out new conversations. Learn more here:?https://www.ridersandelephants.com/the-emotional-culture-deck
