"Values" Driven Agile - VDA

So, if you read through and just try to contemplate, on why agile, you might get multiple reasoning and multiple answers and some of them are true to a great extent as well (Fail Fast, Succeed Faster ), but whats interesting is one of the pillars of Agile , which is mostly common in all the Frameworks - "Values". So, all the branches and the tree of Agile is basically trying everyone to be more open, transparent, courageous, respectful and open communication.

Are these Agile values or Values of LIFE ?

So basically , if we have or anyone has these values they will be successful and its not just about Software Products.

Also, we get to hear , why Agile now, Waterfall has so long been accomplishing and satisfying business needs for so long.We all know, its been more competitive and all other answers, but Is Agile new, the term "Agile " may be, but what it encompasses , the values we have been trying to get this into every individual on this planet for so long. Lets see some more signatures below :

These are some of the logos/Taglines of the lets just say some financially successful companies and the commonality is the values they are trying to underscore in the logos these have - Transparency, success , Love , all the positive vibes, which are the best values anyone can have.

My point being lets just "Be Agile" by reiterating the values, which don't only make our software better , but ourselves as well.

Also please try and understand, its difficult to measure the values of Honesty, Transparency, courage, respect, simplicity in a team or a team member, if you still want to do that, please get your done first and show it to the team. And do understand that measure could be different from you to your manager or to your team member, so really estimation is difficult here, because we are talking values and not bricks and stones.

So, To summarize, Agile is a value driven approach to software and to life, if definitely will improve and you and team will feel it, while giving it a measure would still be in terms of your happiness and your consumer or customers happiness only.(It might help with increased revenue as well, since they are happy with you :))
