Here, joining us is Krisna Parahita , our VP Product and the main captain from Product Group to share his success story, brilliant collaboration hacks, and ultimate goals from the Product Group at LinkAja.

How does it feel to win the award for Best Collaboration?

Actually, we’ve seen it coming (kidding.. *laugh*)

It’s kind of a mixed feeling for us because basically we are fully aware that it’s our group’s nature as the center of process within organization, where collaboration is our main tools for all daily BAU’s and processes. That’s why the spirit of collaboration is embedded within all member in the group.

We are so grateful for this opportunity, We would like to thank God, our parents, families who always support us in every way (award speech mode: ON). Most of all we would like to thank our group for keeping the faith and always give their best to contribute. Also, we are thankful to all business user ?for their trust to us and all fellow engineering squads, SA, DevOps, Data, etc. We would like to thank the Senior Management who gives us the opportunity to grow and trusts the ownership for LinkAja’s product and services in us.

Last but not least, thank you for the other groups from Operation, Marketing, Finance, RLFC, and all LinkAja Family who has supported our team along the way to support LinkAja’s vision and mission by delivering the right and useful product.

Which Quality that makes Product Team win for this category?

I think all Product Team member equally demonstrates a high level of ownership and dedication. We always try to see from diverse point of view to get the best perspective to produce the right solution that works for everyone (although it doesn’t always please everyone).

Product Team also has a strong principle and baseline in prioritizing, which create an effective collaboration between Business Unit x Product x Tech.

Any Tips & Trick to be a High Performing Team like Product Team?

Ownership is what matter the most! We always perceive that product assigned to us is fully owned by us, therefore we’re putting ourselves as an owner.

This mindset really helps team to give their best in develop and collaborate our product.

What is the main turning point that drives Product team performance and amazing result?

Resource management is the hardest. The number of projects and the team members makes it a challenge and requires us to be strict in prioritizing. But we believe that this is a key task of the Product Team to support LinkAja's growth.

With all the agility that we have, great collaboration with the Business Team, and with the full support from the Tech Team, we are confident we can overcome any storms gracefully

?What will be the next goal for Product Team?

Our main focus will always be maintaining our high ownership, understanding point of view from our stakeholders and demonstrate the mindset of “go fast alone or go far together.”

Since now all eyes are set on business sustainability, so let’s focus on going as far as we can, which will requires us to strengthen collaboration even further. I fully believe that our team will make it happen.
