The Value of Work Experience

We are active supporters of work experience placements as a way of young people having a taste of the world of work in a specific industry sector. Our most recent candidate came to us through the Generation STEM Programme, which is focused on helping pupils to find work experience related to science, technology, engineering and maths. 

As an employer, such placements gives the chance to identify possible future apprentices, which is something we firmly believe in and share our passion for what we do. Read more on our blog:
