1 年"You've got to know what the rules are in order to break them properly.... " I've been using that quote for years. It's been attributed to the Dalai Lama on various internet sites. More importantly it's about pushing the envelope to leading people. Pushing hard for innovation, pushing hard against institution barriers, or just knowing when it's OK to go 60 or even 65mph in a 55 MPH mile zone. It's not about advancing yourself against rules nor about breaking the law or your own integrity ...it's about knowing which rules might be outdated, uninformed by new developments or technology or just plain not applicable anymore for whatever reasons. real leaders will take some risk here to do the right thing.
