The value of Surface

I've loved the surface suite, prior to joining Microsoft I'd personally used the Surface Go 3, and Pro 7. I'm now onto the Laptop 5 due to the need of a larger screen for my role. Why?

One would think, if it's the primary go to for our Government, and Local Regional Authorities, then it must be capable for colleagues across the NHS; such as organisations like Greater Manchester Mental Health Trust: Microsoft Customer Story-Protecting the delivery of mental health services in Greater Manchester.

The Surface portfolio has an offering for all personas, from frontline clinical workers, to back-office developers, to executives and c-suite board members.?

• Having digital whiteboards and premium components – HD screens, speakers, mics, and cameras – all of these help to promote a better connection between people who won’t be together physically in our hybrid work environment.
• Managing devices from the cloud with Intune, means IT never has to physically touch the device, and users can just unbox and log in.
• Chip to cloud security means that the device offers security value from the way we source components, to the way we physically manufacture the device. The level of control over the firmware is further enabled, with cloud-based security in Microsoft 365 which monitors user and device behaviour down to the firmware level.
