ACGS was tasked with the responsibility of helping Royal Group, a leading Abu Dhabi-based investment company, to protect and secure the organization, and empower employees to work in new and flexible ways.

One of the challenges deterring this primary objective was the lack of complete feasibility of how to migrate the resource in terms of cloud services that Microsoft 365 offers.

Ali said, “Our approach focuses on innovative ways of business, thereby combining IT innovations and adoption while leveraging an organization’s current assets. We implemented the Microsoft 365 solution, which is a complete enterprise mobility and security for M365.”

The firm implemented the solution for Royal Group Abu Dhabi successfully within the given timeframe.

According the MD, the firm faced no obstacle during the implementation process because of its expertise in this field.

“We do not provide any kind of solution in which we don’t have a competent in place. But yes, at times there are issues with Microsoft when they keep upgrading their back-end infrastructure and sometimes we get lack of communication from Microsoft and in that case, we have to work around it.”

Ali highlighted that the firm officially offers a full training to its customers, which is again at zero cost.

Post the training, the firm also provides a complete transfer of knowledge about the implementation to the developer, who will oversee the entire system and who knows what exactly ACGS has done.

“We’ve basically done POC for Royal Group for a week. They test the functionality and security of every feature of the enterprise mobility and security and they are very happy with the product. We have focused more on to the professional managed services and even Microsoft recommends us because the POC is successfully completed.”

Ali also emphasized that in terms of expertise, the organization is delivering from level 100 to level 400.

“When the customer is satisfied with Microsoft’s product feature, we demonstrate them in the POC and whatever the days, this is the time of concession.
