We don't necessarily learn from experience(s) but from the moments when we stop and reflect on what we've experienced.
I would like you to start your day with me and thus contribute to achieving your plans.
I aim to challenge you and twist the knife in your wound from time to time.
For the wound to heal, it needs to be cleaned, which also requires the blood to flow out.
?????? ?????????? ???????????????????? ????:????? ???????? ?????? ????????, ????? ???????? ?????? ??????.If you are very experienced in what you do, especially if you are a senior professional in your company, you will probably think like everyone else - that you know everything there is to know about your field. It's probably true. I don't doubt it.
What I challenge you is to ask yourself: ???????? ?????? ?????? ???????? ???????? ?????? ?????????????? ???? ?????? ???????????????? ???? ?????? ?????????? ???? ???????? ?????? ???? ???????? ???????????? ?????? ???????? ???????????????????????You almost certainly haven't stopped in a long time. I see this with most managers I work with, and I work with many. They're so caught up in what they're doing that the mere thought of having something more to learn or improve bothers them. Even worse, doing the same steps repeatedly and having success, makes them develop the belief that everything is perfect and that nothing more (or less) is necessary.
I hope you are not like them.
We can't see things in us like those who look at us from the outside. We become attached to who we are, what we have achieved, and what we think of ourselves, and we struggle to keep what we have built up to time x.
The signal that the time has already passed when you should have stopped looking for new ways is the reoccurrence of situations that bother you.
Those situations certainly have been in your life for a long time, but you've come to notice them only now because now they're bothering you enough. Suddenly, you don’t want to take forever to identify what's wrong or what action patterns you unconsciously have, but you're not even aware of them because you've been using them for too long. Is that's right?
The conclusion of this Monday's reflection -??????? ???????????????? ???? ??????????????????.
?????? ?????????????– not by someone in your field.
Because that person sees the same things as you and may follow the same paths, with some variations, precisely because, by knowing the domain, its difficulties, and what they have tried so far.
The more you know, the less you see. That person has the same horizon as you.
Let yourself be supported by someone who isn’t attached to your field and looks at the situation you want to solve from another perspective. Test it. I’m not going to elaborate more.
