As a part of Performance Management System , it is essential that the employees should be given IDP & CDP in order to show them their growth path in the organization . Skills are treasures , but once you do not use the same , it erodes and just stay as a degree without practice .
Why Upskilling is important - With the changing pace , after a certain age and grade people are hesitant towards learning . Learning Agility decreases and their comes their difference of opinions with the ongoing generation and practices .These lead to a team issue for which performance becomes a problem .
