Staying competitive is directly proportional to continuous learning. With time , employees and their development have become most important for an organization . As a part of Performance Management System , it is essential that the employees should be given IDP & CDP in order to show them their growth path in the organization . Skills are treasures , but once you do not use the same , it erodes and just stay as a degree without practice .
Why Upskilling is important - With the changing pace , after a certain age and grade people are hesitant towards learning .
