Having completed my first month at a technology solutions company, I found myself asking what was the one thing that stood out. Apart from now learning about Microsoft and all I needed to know to be able to sell the many solutions, VALUE is what stood out most for me. To often I believed that I would be helping putting systems in place to make processes easier, however I never quite focused on the value I would be adding to businesses everywhere across all industries. Over these past 4 weeks I have been privileged to work with heavyweights in the industry and learnt more than I could ever imagine and will continue to do so. Having enjoyed a drink or two with colleagues as we celebrated World Beer Day hosted by my company, I felt an immense feeling of being proud and honored to be part of such a great organisation.
