As you mentioned, understanding customer insights and then utilising AI to leverage to create marketing plans, product range and packaging could create some fantastic results. Using AI to harness consumer insights certainly seems the way ahead. (Thinking of trends and ideas, they could create a healthier - low sugar, sugar free or diabetic range ??)
