There’s so much to think about when it comes to selling a home that it can be hard to decipher what to do or not do. That’s why today we’ll discuss why a pre-inspection is a very good idea for sellers. A home inspection is designed to evaluate the general condition of your home and all its mechanical systems. This inspection can make or break your deal, so spending a little time addressing some of these issues before your home goes under contract could save you time and money in the end.
