Fan Boy Moment
I had a fan boy moment at an event last week at Remuera Golf Club.
Wandered up to him for as reluctant selfie and asked for his best story as an All Black.
He didn't stop for the next 20 minutes.
Full of stories.
He shared what he learned as an AB, life in France, playing with Moana Pasifika and what he plans to do after rugby.
You could see that he'd had training.
Knowing what to say and how to say it.
Especially... knowing what NOT to say.
He spoke confidently and it showed.
It speaks volumes of the work that can be done to grow your impact.
