The Value of Member Retention [Infographic]

I wrote a blog post last week titled:  "How sales can lower healthcare costs".  It was really about the value of selling retention, specifically in the Medicare markets.  I put together this infographic as kind of a snappy visual representation.   

There is so much we can be doing to change (and improve) the relationship that consumer have with their health insurance company.  They are not complicated measures. It does require forward thinking leadership to be willing to change the playing field.
