This week, I reflect on my transformative experiences at Netflix and Amazon, where I honed my skills as a Manager and Leadership Development professional.
Experience
My journey at Netflix and Amazon was a pivotal chapter in my career. Entrusted with the development of hundreds of leaders, I embraced this opportunity to prove my capabilities. It was here I realized the power of self-belief and trust in unlocking potential. These roles taught how critical organizational culture is when you want to scale your success, and how critical leaders are in shaping organizational culture. I learned not just to adapt to the culture but how to actively shape and leverage it, through the leaders I was supporting.
This was an invaluable lesson in my professional and leadership development.

Leaders are critical to creating change or shifting organizational culture.
Suggestion
To find the real leaders in your organization, you must look beyond titles. Look for those who naturally inspire and are followed by others. Co-create with these influencers to effect meaningful change.
