The value of INSIGHT

To be able to use an idea, you need to understand the problem you want to solve. This understanding is the definition of insight, and it is essential for the future of any business.

I have 20 years of experience from the ICT industry, 15 of them within sales, business development and leadership roles. My most important learning from these years is; No matter how much experience or skills you possess, you do not have all the answers yourself – but by working together, we can solve any problem. Second, we cannot solve tomorrows challenges using yesterday’s thinking.

The company I work for has more than 10.000 skilled and experienced individuals. This represents an enormous amount of skills, expertise and experience. The value of the company is not the sum of the individual’s knowledge. The true value is our ability to work together with customers to develop insights we can use to create solutions.

What inspires me in my work is exactly this: I believe in what we can accomplish by sharing our knowledge with customers. I am passionate about teamwork that turn knowledge into insight. I am passionate about turning insight into solutions that enable companies to view tomorrow’s challenges as opportunities.
