Many would agree with me that many organizations are moving towards Human Capital Management (HCM) instead of just managing Human Resources. What's the value of HCM?

  • Evaluating the end-to-end of HR processes such as Organizational Management, Talent Management, Performance Review, Training & Talent Development, Compensation Management & workforce planning.
  • With these components in place, we would be able to extract data to measure the effectiveness of HCM. It can be measured by the effectiveness of training, performance review, and most importantly to the organization is the revenue generated per capita.
