6 年Hi Claire Great article and some excellent points. What the Ed Psych should have said " what makes you think this is a box ticking exercise?" And then listened to you! This would have allowed her to get your thoughts and answer all your reservations. Have spoken to many business owners who think they have the best product/service/etc. And I repeatedly point out to them the only opinion that matters is the person who writes the cheque...the client! Not their staff/spouses/friends but the client!
