Last week, I attended a TalentCorp session in Malaysia where several job seekers expressed concerns about employers rejecting their profiles due to their age. This issue is becoming increasingly relevant as the cost of living rises and life expectancy increases. Additionally, the constant influx of young workers into the job market creates an uneven playing field for job seekers in their 40s or older, as well as those who have taken a career break and wish to return to work due to financial pressures or a desire to stay productive and engaged.
