Value Drivers, Messaging and ChatGPT Oh My!
As a Sales Enablement Leader I have spent hours and hours working with companies identifying their customer's value drivers and developing messaging around it. One great way to leverage ChatGPT is to ask it to identify a specific role's value driver and then to write messaging around them.
NOTE: The results will not be 100% perfect and since ChatGPT does have a habit of making things up you still have work to do but this can help save you some time.
First Step With a Basic Example
PROMPT: What are the value drivers of a Director of Sales Enablement?
RESPONSE: As a Director of Sales Enablement, your role is to empower your sales team to achieve their goals and maximize revenue. The following are some key values drivers for this position:
NOTE: After doing this a few times I recommend being as specific as possible like "Director of Sales Enablement for a midsize marketing software company."
Second Step: Messaging
PROMPT: You are a salesperson for a conversation intelligence software company. Write a prospecting email to a Director of Sales Enablement for each one of the value drivers.

Are these the best emails? No. But ChatGPT created them in less than ten seconds. With good follow-up prompts like, "make it more concise and personable" or "change the second and fourth subject line" you can have a rough draft to start quickly. I can't wait to see what Outreach, Salesloft and others do with this tech so that we can use ChatGPT inside their product.
