We get told all the time to "Up skill" to increase our value. Knowing your value goes beyond your skills. Your title your job. Knowing your value is more than a paycheck. All things valuable spring from knowing your own value first and foremost. Search yourself. Know it. DO not settle for less. Then build your value and the value of everything you work on.
