Website surveys enable you to collect feedback from your site visitors. This approach can help you engage these visitors and receive feedback immediately during or after their visits. These surveys can help determine if your site has any glitches and provide information on what may stop users from buying your products. With website surveys, the experience that visitors had on your site remains fresh, so the responses tend to be more representative of that experience. If your website experiences high traffic, a website survey would likely be the way to go. But you don’t have to design these surveys yourself; there are many website survey tools available.
Email Surveys
Another approach is using email questionnaires. This would be the method to use if you are seeking more robust information on customer satisfaction. For this, you will need current email addresses for all your customers, which you hopefully have. One drawback to this approach is that it involves multiple steps for your customers: opening the message, accepting the survey invite, landing on another web page, and then filling out the survey. Despite this, Email surveys can be a great way to get honest and accurate customer feedback.?

To truly capitalize on customer feedback, you need to take action after you receive it. While one-off negative comments may not require your attention, multiple customers providing similar feedback should alert you to address the issue at hand. On the other side, if you receive the same great comments from multiple customers, you’ll know you are doing a great job!
