VALUE BOARD
Many companies have a score board that is hanging on the wall of the sales room or the accounts office. They typically post sales numbers as the key level of recognition for organizational success.
This year we took a new approach to celebration at Timmermann Group. We started something called the TG VALUE BOARD.
Each month our employees are encouraged to nominate two peer-employees for exemplifying top attributes at TG.
We call these attributes our 5 TG CORE VALUES:
#RESPONSIBILITY
#HONESTY
#HELPFULLNESS
#COMMUNICATION
#STRATEGY
This entire program is for our employees, led by our employees and exempts our TG Leadership Team from controlling or participating in the nomination process.
The authenticity of the recognition from this peer-level is actually astounding. I am blown away by the amazing stories of top-line behaviors that my team continues to share about one another each month.
