During a recent Supplier Re-qualification Audit for an Automotive OEM we found that many of the supplier issues stem from issues within the OEM itself and that a much more collaborative approach is needed going forward. We will work with both the supplier and their client to solve the outstanding issues from the audit and also to develop better problem solving skills.
? What are your experiences with Supplier audits from both the auditor and audited parties?
