Graeme’s patents include innovations such as open-hole tooling from the Cavitas THOR solution, and AISUS’ data management platform and magnetic inspection crawler technology, among others.?

Graeme has a demonstrated history of both selling and acquiring businesses. Over the past 15 years, he has successfully exited five companies, achieving two 7-figure deals and two 6-figure deals. Notably, he sold Strategic Procurement to Probe and SP-1 (Singapore) to Aker Solutions. Graeme recently celebrated another achievement as he bid farewell to V-Tes and V-Tes Renewables, expressing his best wishes to Pier Solutions for acquisition of their new business.???
