Establishment and Growth of Valgro India Ltd

From a small trading enterprise that supplied industrial products, to Bhagwati Sales Corporation, and later to Valgro India Ltd., the journey has been long and interesting. Established in 1991, Valgro Engineers sold abrasive products imported from Europe. Four years later, the company began manufacturing the abrasives in-house and marketing them under the name of Valgro. Valgro India Ltd. was started in 2015 to expand into the growing abrasive market.

High-precision machines that are customized to meet the customers’ requirements are the hallmark of Valgro India products. Valgro products meet German manufacturing standards and the company exports its products to several countries like Thailand, Spain, Canada, Vietnam, and the USA.

Apart from health hazards due to inhaling metal dust and coming in contact with toxic compounds, the manual process poses other health hazards for metalworkers in India because the work conditions are often sub-standard with poor ventilation and minimum hazard protection.

Recognizing this poor state of affairs, Dr. Patel and his team ensure that machines manufactured at Valgro are manufactured keeping the environment and the health of the metal workers in mind. “While developing these machines, we considered their impact on the environment."
