What is your background?

I'm still a student, I have just finished my 4th year at ESTACA (an engineering school specialized in transport). I'm starting a gap year in order to gain some professional experience before starting my master degree.

I had the opportunity to work in England for 2 months, assisting an aeronautical maintenance engineer.

During my studies, I was able to put my knowledge to good use on various projects such as the design of a lunar rover and a European launcher.

What are your missions going to be in Ciel & Terre?

During my internship at Ciel & Terre, I'll be working in the R&D team, carrying out mechanical simulations and calculations, and CAD technical designs. I'll have the opportunity to take part in technical testing and validation, as well as in developing methods and tools for the R&D department.

Why did you want to join the company?

For my gap year, I wanted to work in renewable energies. As this sector is at the heart of today's issues, I wanted to find out more about it. During my research, I discovered Ciel & Terre and floating solar power. I was immediately attracted to this sector, which was still unknown to me at the time.

As Ciel & Terre were pioneers in this field, I immediately sent in my application to work in the company. For my first long-term professional experience, I wanted to work for a company on a human scale, where I could feel at ease.

In life, I'm passionate about traveling, I love discovering new cultures and the different habits that each population has within their country. I'm also a big fan of ballet, which I have practiced for almost 10 years.
