Hello Denise, unfortunately I have noticed that many people are very fixed on special foods no matter unhealthy or not. These people need advice. There are often patterns which were caused during childhood and they don't want to change anything. The next problem is advertisment for unhealthy food. And many people use these foods after reading or watching it, because it's "cool". As a nutritionist it's important to recommend a suitable diet. Then you should check, whether improvement is to notice. If it didn't work, you should recommend other healthy floods to the client.
