HIBON offers environmentally conscious vacuum solutions for filtration and dewatering processes in the Pulp & Paper industry.
These pumps create a vacuum to draw out water or other fluids from the pulp or paper. This allows for the separation of solid materials from liquids.
By implementing energy efficient technologies and processes, paper mills reduce their consumption of electricity and water. This can translate into significant cost savings over time. Paper mills improve their bottom line by using more efficient equipment, optimizing water usage, and reducing waste.
DW Water-cooled roots vacuum pump delivers up to -600 mbar gauge, air flow up 16,500 m3/h in single stage and -850 mbar gauge, air flow up 30,000 m3/h in dual stage.

The latest reference is the replacement of a liquid ring pump used in a pulp mill. The Hibon DW water-cooling vacuum pump solution saved the user 137 kW compared to their previous installation equipped with liquid ring pumps!
