Vacation Mode Activated: Great HealthWorks Rolls Out New Company-Wide Breaks

Great HealthWorks (GHW) is once again paving the way in workplace innovation!

As a people-driven company focused on work life balance, GHW is always on the lookout for new and creative ways to further invest in its employees’ wellbeing. The most recent addition comes with TWO ADDITIONAL PAID weeklong breaks. These extra 10 days off starting in winter come as an added benefit to most employees’ already established PTO.

GHW’s Director of Human Resources, Christina Palmer, states “At Great Health Works we always maintain a fun employee focused work culture, and what better way to put our employees first than to give them the opportunity to truly disconnect from the office setting and spend time enjoying life.”

The workforce at GHW will all collectively look forward to winter break to recharge before jumping into 2023 completely refreshed to commence a strong and productive year, which includes another additional break in the summer. This rollout was supplemented with a dynamic 20-day ‘Countdown to Winterbreak” vehicle which kicked-off on December 1st to build-up excitement and anticipation in the workplace, while closing out the year optimistically. This year’s countdown even saw the launch of the new Sleep XL supplement.??

GHW Marketing Generalist Adam Argamanian is one of the many employees excited about this announcement; “This is one of the many benefits that gives GHW the family atmosphere we all enjoy.
