A leading commercial kitchen equipment supplier seeks an experienced call centre Agent to join their Team.
The post is largely more administrative than taking active calls.
This post is based in Jhb South.
?Duties include ~
> Call Centre duties
> logging of service calls
> opening job cards, reports, etc.
> completing quotations.
The ideal Candidate will have ~
> previous related experience in a service environment & dealing with job cards.
> strong excel skills & system knowledge.
> the ability to multitask.
