VACANCY ~ Sales / Customer Liaison

A leading Jhb based food service Distributor seeks the services of an experienced Client Liaison Officer.

The role includes~

·?????? Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel.

·?????? Conduct business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.

·?????? Alerting sales team opportunities for further sales within key client.

·?????? Letting customers know about other products the company offers.

·?????? Attending client relationships target and KPI’s set by the Commercial Director.

·?????? Working closely with sales representatives.

·?????? Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by client.

·?????? Carrying out client satisfaction and surveys and reviews.

·?????? Updating management and ensuring sales representatives are aware of changes within clients.

·?????? Passing leads to the sales team and following up with progress.

Candidate Requirements ~

·?????? Matric

·?????? Relevant marketing experience (a Marketing qualification will be advantageous)

·?????? 3+ years in a similar position

·?????? Driver’s licence essential
