VACANCY FOR PRODUCT SUPPORT ENGINEER || WORK FROM HOME JOB - JUNE -2024

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field is desired but not required. Self-taught engineers with validated strong experience (at least 3 years) should also apply
• Proven experience in production support or a similar role
• Strong proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
• Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Deep understanding of network protocols and infrastructure (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls)
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and incident management processes is a plus
• IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, AWS, Azure) are a plus
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Ansible) is desirable
