VACANCY - Marketing Manager

A leading Commercial Kitchen Supplier seeks an experience & capable Marketing Manager to join their Team.

This post is based in Johannesburg South.

?Key functions include ~

? ?? Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies.

? Manage and oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, and social media.

? Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

? Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.

? Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

? Manage and ensure cost-effective marketing solutions are being utilised.

? Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and industry partners.

? Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team.

? Organize and participate in trade shows and industry associations.

? Oversee all marketing media, including print, digital, and social media.

? Create engaging video content to promote our products and services.

? Oversee the company websites and e-commerce sites

?Successful Candidate requirements ~

? Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

? Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.

? Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to think creatively and strategically.

? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

? Experience with marketing software and tools.

? Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
