Our Client is a long established & highly successful business. They seek a dynamic GM with experience & new ideas to drive the business forward.

The Company is based in Kya Sands, Johannesburg.

?Core Functions include ~

> generate more & constant & profitable sales growth

> manage the day to day operation of the business

> explore & identify new product and market opportunities

> formulate an e-Commerce online ordering system

?Experience required ~

> 5 years’ experience in managing a medium sized manufacturing and distribution business to the FMCG and Food Service sectors

> an appropriate business degree

> exceptional interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills

> ability to motivate, inspire & engage with the Company Team, on all levels
