VACANCY FOR BUSINESS ANALYST || WORK FROM HOME JOB - JUNE -2024

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is desired but not required. Validated experience and certifications can make up for lack of a bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a start-up environment.
• Prior experience working on desktop and mobile software/applications
• Prior experience working on small teams is valued
• Prior experience working on novel and innovative software and /applications is highly valued b
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of start-up dynamics and challenges.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is required.
• Prior start up experience is a plus
