Pricing Specialist role (CPT - Airfreight/Durban - Seafreight/PE - Branch)

We are seeking a customer-centric, analytical Pricing Specialist for 3 of our branches Nationwide.

The ideal candidate will have excellent numerical skills, an analytical mindset and excellent customer service.

The role requires one to have specialist knowledge of freight forwarding and clearing documents, procedures and practices gained through at least 5 years of multi-model estimates experience.

We would ideally want the individual to have a Matric with Mathematical subjects and a 3-year Import or Export related qualification at NQF level 5.

East Africa Corridor Development Manager (Komatipoort)

A Client-centric, sales-orientated individual is required for our Komatipoort office, growing the East Africa Corridor.

The ideal candidate will have technical competence for the role. Deep understanding of the African market, processes & value creation.

P&L experience, plus familiarity with various reporting, and KPIs.

The role requires one to have Previous African exposure, of which 5 years’ experience at a management level.

We would ideally want the individual to have a Matric FIATA Diploma or related 3-year tertiary qualification.

Key Account Manager (CPT)

A Key Account Manager is required for our Cape Town branch.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and centricity with problem-solving skills.

The role requires one to have 5-7 years of working experience as a KAM with at least 5 years in the clearing and forwarding industry.

Operations background would be a distinct advantage.

We would ideally want the individual to have a Matric with 1 Sales and marketing-related qualification at NQF level 5.

JDA Application Support (Head Office Contract Logistics)

A knowledgeable and JDA Savvy individual is required for our IT Division at our Head Office in Linbro Park.

The role requires one to have 5 Years of proven experience in supporting JDA applications, such as JDA dispatcher, JDA Supply Chain Planning, or JDA Transportation & Logistics.

Familiarity with SQL queries.

Relevant certifications in JDA applications or supply chain management (e.g., JDA Certified Professional) would be a plus.

Strong understanding of supply chain management processes, including demand forecasting, and inventory optimization.

We would ideally want the individual to have a Matric with a Diploma in a related field.

Import Manager Junior (JHB Airfreight)

A solution-orientated; client-centric, forward-thinking Import Manager Junior is required for our JHB Airfreight Branch.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to organise a team effectively and efficiently.

The role requires one to have at least 7 years’ operational airfreight experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry of which 3-5 years were in a supervisory capacity.

We would ideally want the individual to have a Matric with a 3-year freight forwarding-related qualification at NQF level 6.

Procurement and Product Development Coordinator (JHB Airfreight)

An out-of-the-box, forward-thinking individual is required for this role in our JHB Airfreight division.

The role requires one to have 3 + years’ experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry

Experience in freight forwarding pricing area (estimates, rates management, tender management) an advantage.

Client orientation - Customer interface experience preferable.

We would ideally want the individual to have a Matric with a FIATA Diploma or equivalent 3-year freight forwarding qualification.

We are seeking an independent, results orientated, proactive and integral Executive assistant based at our Head Office in JHB.

The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and demonstrable ethical behaviour (maintain highest levels of confidentiality).

The role requires one to have 3-5 years senior secretarial/business administration experience.

Experience using Shipshape/Cargowise/Power International Trade principles & practice is also required.

Food Grade Officer – Contract Logistics JHB

We are seeking an experienced, solution-driven Food Grade Officer for our Contract Logistics division in JHB(also responsible for CPT)

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in food safety management, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance within a warehouse or food manufacturing environment is typically desired. A strong understanding of food safety principles, HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) principles, and relevant regulatory requirements is also required.

The role requires one to also have experience in developing and implementing HACCP plans tailored to warehouse operations. Experience with temperature monitoring systems and corrective actions for temperature deviations.

We would ideally want the individual to have a Matric with a Bachelor's degree in food science, food safety, microbiology, environmental health, or a related field.

Certifications such as Certified Food Safety Manager (e.g., ServSafe), HACCP certification, or other industry-specific certifications related to food safety and quality management systems are also required.

We are seeking a dedicated, solution orientated Shipping Controller – Multimodal based at our client site in JHB.

The ideal candidate should have 3 years import experience in the Clearing and Forwarding Industry in an import / export capacity. Multimodal experience required – both air and sea

Mandatory 5-day onsite requirements – Monday to Friday. Own vehicle for travel purposes

We would ideally want the individual to have a Matric with a 1-year freight forwarding related qualification at NQF level 3 and 5 or equivale
