1. Value Creation

Conditions: Where motivation meets the market

Action: Ask questions, talk to your desired niche, research competitors

Priority: Find a problem you can solve

Solution: Who are you uniquely positioned to serve?


2. Validation

Conditions: Where assumptions meet feedback

Action: Craft offer, test MVP or pivot & reposition

Priority: Confirm demand, understand customer

Solution: Reduce as much perceived risk as possible?


3. Verifiability

Conditions: Where competence meets trustworthiness

Action: Supply demand, document success, deliver results

Priority: Build credibility and reputation?

Solution: Use socials to test demand and engagement for new features


4. Visibility

Conditions: Where awareness meets conversion

Action: Outreach, upfront value, content, ads?

Priority: Generate leads, get sales (eyeballs)

Solution: Use testimonials as case studies, use long-tail keywords as video titles


5. Viability

Conditions: Where systems meets scale

Action: Understand your finite resources and the cost of value price at scale

Priority: Get predictably profitable, build systems

Solution: Find inputs with compounding outputs (automation)


6. Verbal

Conditions: Where language meets outcomes

Action: Craft messaging, sales scripts and content design

Priority: Communicate uniqueness, connect with audience

Solution: Record and review presentations for fluency


7. Visual

Conditions: Where functional meets expressive

Action: Build guidelines, toolkits, templates and systems

Priority: Affirm expectations, coherent look & feel

Solution: Avoid rules, optimise best practises?


8. Vision

Conditions: Where purpose meets problem size

Action: [Re]define the mission, values and culture (Solve bigger problems)

Priority: Clarity & direction (Increase TAM, maintain MOAT)

Solution: Know your This Not That, Us Not Them, Like This*, This way!


9. Virtues

Conditions: Where association meets aspiration

Action: Reinforce brand values and efficacy with partnerships, ambassadors & affiliates?

Priority: Relevance & significance

Solution: Be perceived as the maverick/underdog for as long as possible
