V1 October News Update

We are busy preparing for an Autumn full of new projects and traveling to see clients in New York, Miami and Saudi Arabia! In the studio we are currently working on some incredible projects and exciting new developments that we are thrilled to share with you. It’s going to be a great end to the year and we are ready to hit the ground running going into the Autumn and Winter.

Recent Projects:

Century Mills, Mumbai (Birla)

Century Mills has long been one of Mumbai’s central landmarks due to its rich history in the textile industry. The redevelopment of this area will provide a variety of residences and modern amenities over the next decade and has been thoughtfully designed to cater to modern day living.?

The Haydon, London (Regal London)

One of the most striking new residences in the City, The Haydon draws on the site’s rich history, incorporating unique, contemporary design into the surrounding urban oasis. The artfully crafted residential development comprises 87 apartments, offering connectivity, a range of exclusive amenities and the best of city living right on its doorstep.

Chelsea Riverview, London (SMC)

Chelsea Riverview will comprise 110 riverside homes with unmatched views of London’s skyline and the Thames. This development will provide an abundance of outdoor spaces, with private terraces, balconies and public green spaces.?

The Leslie at Riverscape, London (Ballymore)

The Leslie at Riverscape, the newest waterfront development to launch from Ballymore, will provide 768 new homes surrounded by open parks, gardens and iconic panoramic views of Canary Wharf. Riverscape beautifully reflects its natural setting with reeded glass, timber finishes and brushed brassware throughout.

Lusail City, Qatar (Qatari Diar)

Chelsea Botanica, London (Mount Anvil)

Just a stone's throw away from the Thames, this 133 unit residential development located in SW6 will offer thoughtful outdoor spaces designed in collaboration with Kew Royal Botanic Gardens, as well as co-working spaces and a fitness suite.

V1 has been working in the US for a number of years and we are thrilled to be focussing on further expanding V1’s international presence across the pond. With trips to New York and Miami planned for September, October and November, we are in for an exciting Autumn… and we can’t wait!

D2 Conference 2022?

August saw over 350 attendees from across the world in the archviz community join the D2 Conference 2022. The three-day event, hosted in Vienna, entailed a line up of insightful workshops and talks provided by leaders in the industry, on topics exploring innovation in visualisation technologies and learning. We loved taking part in such a valuable event which helps to bring artists together, learn from each other and share experiences and opinions with our industry peers. We are already looking forward to next year!

Super Prime Property Development of the Year at the Spear’s Awards

The shortlist for the Super Prime Property Development of the Year category in the Spear's Awards has been announced for 2022. We’re really proud to have worked on four of the projects nominated - No. 1 Grosvenor Square, The OWO Residences by Raffles, The Peninsula Residences and The Whiteley! Keep an eye out for the winner announced in November!

UK Creative Festival, 2022

Our Director of Business Development, Caroline Donaghue attended the UK Creative Festival in Margate as a guest speaker earlier this month. The panel discussion titled, ‘Workspace or My Place? The role of the office in an experience economy’ explored the issues around and solutions for collaboration and employee engagement in a hybrid working environment. A big thanks to all involved for a fantastic few days!
