Wishing you a Happy New Year - we hope you had a peaceful break. We cannot believe that 2024 is upon us! After an eventful Autumn and Winter full of project launches, we’re now looking forward to all the exciting work we have planned for the year ahead. The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Diriyah

World renowned Ritz-Carlton, a brand that embodies unparalleled luxury, is the Kingdom’s first branded residences community that will showcase impeccably designed homes and spaces that charm the senses. Through its extraordinary design and array of cultural attractions, this residential neighbourhood celebrates Diriyah’s values and rich heritage.

The Garden Collection, Roshn

The Garden Collection by Roshn will offer 57 exclusive luxury residences with lush, landscaped gardens for the ultimate relaxation in a private natural sanctuary. The SEDRA community, within which it’s located, comprises beautifully designed homes complemented by mosques, local shops and restaurants, parks, schools, sports facilities, and public entertainment spaces - a vibrant living community.

Nobu Hotel and Residences, Abu Dhabi

Nobu Hotel on Saadiyat Island, a world class cultural haven, will provide 125 spacious rooms, with renowned waterfront dining, direct beach access, and state-of-the-art wellness. Guests will experience exquisite architecture, design and curated amenities in Saadiyat’s most prime location. The development also includes the prestigious Nobu Residences, comprising 88 stunning waterfront residences and penthouses with unobstructed views of the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi.

Broadway East, London

Located adjacent to East London’s iconic Broadway Market and Regents Canal, these landmark gas holders have been reimagined into 555 unique residences. Each apartment will offer stunning views across East London and the site’s rich history has been considered and reflected through the architecture of the development.

Stonecutter Court, London

Stonecutter Court, a next generation office space in Farringdon has been designed to optimise user experience, supporting a hybrid workforce and adapting to the ever-evolving requirements of tenants. This highly amenitised space, measuring 250,000 sq ft will spread over 13 floors, with six roof terraces.

Awards Season 2023

It’s been a busy award season so far here at V1 and we are thrilled to have won an award in the UK Property Awards 2023 for Architectural CGI Company. Our portfolio submission included 8 Eaton Lane (CIT Group Partners LLP), One Circular Quay (Lendlease), and Kew Hillcrest (Positive Investment Enterprise) developments which showcase our artists’ unrivalled skill and expertise. Congrats to our team for their hard work!

Celebrating Women in Property

Thirdi Group and Savills hosted a ‘Celebrating Women in Property’ event at The Doulton, London in November, which recognised the success and achievements of women in residential. Caroline Donaghue from V1 joined experts Nina Coulter, Rachel Mason and Natalie Breen to share her experiences as a female within the luxury property sector and the professional challenges she’s overcome.

V1 at the UK Services Roadshow

In November, our Creative Director, Pat Corcoran was proud to speak at the UK Services Roadshow in Liverpool. The event provides guidance to service providing companies on international growth and Pat shared V1’s story of gaining and maintaining professional relationships with international clients.
