V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for an?Azure Engineer?for our premier client, mus be onsite in NYC. 1 year contract. 60% travel. Must work for V-Soft on a W2.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Technical Requirements and Certifications ?Microsoft Certification of at least an AZ-900 and AZ-700 or industry experience.

• Education and Experience ?Migration of On-prem Datacenter to Public Cloud.
• Implementing Azure Datalake Set up.
• CI/CD setup using Azure DevOps.
• On Prem Datacenter scan using Flexera RISC Cloudscape tool to discover severs on network, align them with Ideal Cloud targets and place them in a group and migrate them to target cloud platform.

• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities ?Specialties: Infrastructure Designing Activities Cloud design and implementation. Cloud migration strategy for on prem to Public Cloud. Technical Delivery for Projects Windows System/VMware/Citrix.
• Languages (Must have):English.
• Native or bilingual proficiency.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Job Responsibilities:Designing and implementing Azure IaaS and PaaS services
• Solid engineering acumen and security first mindset.
• Knowledge of performance tuning of security tools
• Create and maintain documentation in relation to security policies, processes and procedures.
• Ability to work with oversees team (prior international experience). A good portion of team is in Bahrain
• Relationship management experience
• Assist in audits and ensure security controls are in place and effective.
• Implement and administration of Vulnerability Management and Patch Management Program.
• Implementing Azure Datalake Set up. (lead has done this)
