UX24/7 Global UXR Newsletter
What's in this Month's issue
Welcome to August's?edition of the UX Crucible where we are continuing with our new?layout. Let me know if you are happy with it. As always bring?you the best of international User Research,?Research Ops and Product related stories from around the world in the past 30-days.
The UX24/7 blog included a couple of posts that were centred around user profiles. Customer journey map looks at how international cultural needs to be considered whilst Behavioural segmentation compares the tools used in market research with ours in UX research. We also have a detailed post on UX Design for SaaS.
One of my favourite articles this month is about Sustainable UX. If you are new to this area, the article is an excellent introduction and well worth a read. I also really enjoyed "From Prisons to Proteins" the story of how Sytske Besemer became a UX researcher having started life in criminology.
If you want to get up to speed with how AI is becoming incorporated into User Research this post on LinkedIn is well worth a read. And I also found this post on "How to conduct user research for App development" well structured and full of good recommendations.
And finally you can access the events calendar?here.
I hope you enjoy this months selection of articles and if you have written something you think would be interesting to our readers, do get in touch!
